And it gets even more annoying. A repair guy came out to look at my net while I was at work so my boyfriend told him what was wrong and NOW I have to wait another week for my service to be back because the internet box that virgin media provide is basically kaput >_>

and yet....I told them what was wrong over the phone so they could have just send me a god damn NEW one anyone like they did LAST TIME.
